A $30 deposit will be refunded if a new patient appointment is cancelled with more than 12 hours from the the start time of the appointment. If a new patient appointment is rescheduled within the 12 hours by calling the clinic or by email then the deposit will still go toward the cost of the re-scheuled $49 new patient appointment.
